Such is our confidence in the quality of product manufactured at Adaptocare, we are happy to issue a Lifetime Guarantee on all shower trays and shower enclosures from 1st January 2011.
The Guarantee offers piece of mind to all end users and protects them in the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault becomes apparent on any Adaptocare tray or enclosure across the range.
We would stress that all trays and enclosures must be installed exactly as specified in the relevant installation booklet. We must also advise that the Lifetime Guarantee does not cover malicious or accidental damage or any other damage sustained outwith normal use.
Any products or parts failing within its lifetime under normal use should be reported directly to Adaptocare. We pledge to replace any such reported products or parts, within a reasonable time scale designed to meet the Client’s satisfaction.
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover any associated products distributed by Adaptocare. Any such claims outwith the first year should be made directly with the relevant manufacturer.
