Since being formally established in its current form in 1999, Adaptocare has been servicing a broad range of clients, from private individuals to the country’s largest housing associations and house builders, advising on and providing access solutions for the varying needs market. We are proud to have remained an independent family run entity after over 20 years, with our manufacturing based in Glasgow, which not only allows us to give back to our community through employment but it greatly reduces our carbon footprint. It’s worth noting, however, that although we do manufacture our own shower trays and door assemblies Adaptocare operates primarily as a service company which we feel best suits the market we are addressing and by remaining independent we can adapt more readily to our clients’ needs should they alter. 

Adaptocare’s aim is to help promote and facilitate independent living for those with varying needs, aiming to ensure a person’s condition does not become their definition by enabling them to live as independently as possible for as long as possible and we are proud to be able to work with individuals and institutions of all types and sizes to deliver this. 

In addition to providing products of our own manufacture and ancillary items we can also advise on and supply specialist toilets, Powered baths and mechanical transfer systems (Tracking hoists/stairlifts). This allows us to offer our client base a complete range of solutions covering all aspects of the varying needs sector, backed by technical support and customer service of the highest levels, which is assured when dealing with the Adaptocare.
